Changing other lifestyles such as eating healthier (to avoid being overweight) and stop smoking / alcohol will also help.

Now if you have done all that but you still snore, maybe the following remedies will help.

1.       Breathing steam to prevent mucus from obstructing the airway. Breathing steam may help you loosen the mucus up so that you can breathe easily.

2.       Drinking a mixture of tea and honey. It may help you clear you breathing passageway, as honey is advantageous in covering the trachea walls.

3.       Putting on nasal strips. If you snore because there is a kind of blockage in the nose, you may use nasal strips to make it open more widely so you can breathe properly. On the other hand, using a device like this may not be comfy for you.

4.       Making use of throat sprays can be used so the throat tissues will be covered up. This is the same as when you drink a mixture of tea and honey, as the air will be able to flow properly. Throat sprays are usually made of herbs.

5.  Doing stop snoring exercises. If you practice stop snoring exercises to make your jaw, tongue, throat, and others stronger, you will be able to quit snoring naturally, and you won’t have to snore again for the rest of your life.

    If you have tried all of these 5 out and aren’t having any luck, then there are plenty of other natural options out there: anti snoring pillows, jaw supporters, mouthpieces etc etc.
