Are you having trouble waking up on time each morning? Been using alarm clock but it never works?

Well, I have some tips for you.

But before we go on, did you realize that waking up early can actually give you various benefits? Yes, that’s right. If you haven’t found out yet, various researches have shown that waking up early will make one to become more proactive, more likely to anticipate problems and minimize them efficiently as well as exhibit character traits like optimism, being agreeable, conscientiousness as well as satisfaction.

Amazing, isn’t it?

Now that you know how great to be an early riser is, let’s get to the tips on how to wake up on time naturally each morning!

1. Get sufficient sleep

Do not underestimate a good night’s sleep. Poor sleep, whether it is caused by snoring or other factors, may have profound consequences for our long-term health. Besides fatigue, lack of focus, and bad mood, a lack of sleep (especially regularly) is also associated with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Find out how much sleep you require (6, 7, or 8 hours) since it will be different for each individual.  Ensure you sleep in about that amount every night.

2. Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day

You should create your rhythm. After you set it properly, you may wake up on time without an alarm clock. Therefore, you should try to always go to bed and then wake up at the same time every day.

3. Minimize disturbances

Do this so that you won’t wake up in the middle of the night. You can minimize disturbances by reducing noises such as by closing the windows or getting a comfortable mattress. If your sleeping partner is a snorer, you should also do something. You can tell him/her to find ways to stop snoring, or you can get an earplug (which is not the best solution).

In addition, you should also darken your bed room because bright lights can keep you awake.

4. Get a natural wake up clock

Since an alarm clock often won’t help, you can try gradual waking from a light alarm clock. One example of this kind of alarm is Philips Wake-Up Light that will give you a more pleasing and natural way to get out of your bed.

For your information, Philips Wake-Up Light is the National Sleep Foundation’s official light therapy product. It can wake you up on time by simulating the sunrise, which is increasing the light gradually. For the alarm, you can choose a natural sound or your favorite FM radio station.

5. Drink some water

Immediately after you wake up, go drink some water so that it will stimulate your body and help you stay awake. Drinking some coffee is also great.

6. Have Nutritious Breakfast

How can having breakfast have anything to do with waking up on time?

Well, research has shown that those who do not skip breakfast, and they have a balanced and nutritious one, tend to be able to get a good night’s sleep. Plus, they tend to become larks, instead of night owls.

Possibly not the correct place for this question – BUT I have previously obtained an oral spray “Helps Stop Snoring” 19 ml from Australian Natural Care Products where I buy my vitamin supplies – they no longer stock it -
I have found it very helpful and want to purchase more if it is still available
    Can you please help.
